Refund & Returns Policy
We aim to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The following terms apply to refunds and returns:
- Damaged or Faulty Items
- If an item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, the customer must provide photographic evidence of the damage within a reasonable time.
- Once evidence is received and the item has been returned (where required), a full refund will be issued, including the cost of return postage.
- Right to Cancel (Change of Mind – 14 Days)
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
- To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing (e.g. email).
- Goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied, unused and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage if the item is no longer required.
- Return Procedure
- Items being returned must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
- Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
- Exemptions from Returns
- Personalised or Custom-Made Items: Items that have been personalised or made to order are exempt from cancellation and return unless they are faulty or not as described.
- Sealed Items: For reasons of hygiene, safety, or copyright protection, certain sealed items (e.g. CDs, DVDs, software, or other sealed media) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.
This site is run entirely by volunteers, with no wages taken. All funds are reinvested into Christian Life Today.
