At Christian Life Today, we offer a range of merchandise. All monies raised from these sales go directly towards supporting our website, covering running costs, and funding training and educational resources.

This web store currently offers 7 packages and will be regularly updated with new digital courses.

Digital Downloads

Upon purchase, the digital download will be sent directly to your email for your personal use only.

The digital download will be sent once full payment has been received. It will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, so please ensure your details are correct, as any errors in the email address are the customer’s responsibility. A read receipt on the email will serve as confirmation that the digital download has been successfully received. Item will be emailed within 3 working days.

Terms and Conditions for Digital Downloads (UK)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital download products purchased from Christian Life Today (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a digital product, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to the following:

1. Nature of Digital Products

  1. All digital downloads are intangible goods delivered electronically.
  2. Digital items are provided in the format stated on the product page (e.g., PDF, JPEG, ZIP).

2. Delivery of Digital Downloads

  1. Digital downloads will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is entered correctly.
  3. Once the digital file has been sent to your email inbox and opened (read receipt), it will be considered delivered.

3. Payment

  1. Full payment must be received before any digital download is sent.
  2. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include taxes where applicable.

4. No Physical Item

  1. No physical products will be shipped.
  2. All items are digital only.

5. Licence and Usage Rights

  1. Digital downloads are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.
  2. You may not:
    • Share, resell, or redistribute the files.
    • Claim the files as your own.
    • Modify and resell any part of the download.
  3. Purchased files may not be used for commercial purposes unless a commercial licence is purchased. For commercial licence please use the contact button below.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital downloads are non-refundable once the download has been delivered.
  2. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day cancellation right.
  3. Refunds will only be considered if:
    • The file is proven faulty, corrupted, or unable to be downloaded.
    • We are contacted within 14 days of purchase.
  4. If an issue arises, we will attempt to fix the file or re-send it before offering any refund.

7. Technical Requirements

  1. You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct software to open the digital files.
  2. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your device or software.

8. Copyright

  1. All digital products are protected by copyright law.
  2. All rights remain with Christian Life Today.
  3. Unauthorised distribution or reproduction may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not liable for:
    • Loss of data following download,
    • Incompatibility with your devices,
    • Any indirect or consequential losses.
  2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the digital item.
