We’ll make sure that photos are used online appropriately.
We’ll abide by the instructions provided in regards to the usage of pictures. Regarding the usage of photographs on the internet, this comprises:
| Making sure the necessary approval is acquired before releasing any photos online | Ensuring that no personal information included with the photos allows children or adults in risk to be identified personally. |
Safeguarding data and records
| Just keeping document data that is pertinent and required for your particular purpose; avoiding potential duplication of information that is textual. | Laws, professional standards, guidelines, and codes of practice must all be followed when recording practices. |
| If details regarding a safeguarding concern are categorised as personal data (any information pertaining to an identified or identifiable natural person), people regarding the safeguarding concern are likely to have access to the information who it is written to, excluding certain exceptions. | Those who require access to written records should be able to obtain them as they are an essential tool. For instance, in the event that the safeguarding records are inaccessible, the Designated Person for Safeguarding is required to make sure that a person with authorisation from inside the Christian Life Today can access them. |
| Personal information must be true and, where required, maintained, and updated. | Records must be kept in a secure location and precautions must be taken to prevent loss, theft, damage, unauthorised access, and subsequent disclosure. |
We commit to address any complaints about online safety in a considerate and timely manner.
Should there be any reason to suspect that there might be an incident involving internet safety, the police or other statutory agencies will be notified right immediately if someone is in immediate danger.
This will be reviewed annually and updated as required.
